|Daruma and Ema|
|A traditional good luck symbol in Japan, this Daruma is hung at a shrine. Visitors to shrines and temples in Japan may place good luck symbols and wish for good things to happen.
The wooden symbols behind the red Daruma are called Ema. People visiting a shrine will write a wish on the Ema and then will hang the Ema at the shrine.
